Key Roles & Responsibilities (Not limited to)

  1. Knowledgeable in laws, rules and regulations related to building administrators.
  2. Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and safety related issues.
  3. Administrative experience of any corporate sector.
  4. Order Office supplies and research new deals and vendors.
  5. Book travel management.
  6. Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  7. Coordination with site employees.
